below are some of my current holistic wellness education and experiences

Art of Grieving Women's Retreat
Nov 12-16, 2025
Surf City, NC
A full three-day ceremonial immersion designed to gently guide you through the landscapes of loss, release, remembrance, retrieval, and renewal.
Grief is not meant to be carried alone, or in silence; it’s not to be rushed; rather, it's meant to be held with care and reverence. Grief comes in many forms, can be old or new.
We’ve created a container built with intention by working with the five elements, somatic movement, meditation, healing arts, and ritual to honor what is felt and lived.
Be nourished by the space, Mother Nature, and 3 fresh, locally sourced, and organic plant-based meals each day.
Applications due no later than September 16, 2026. Only 8 spots intentionally held with care.
