A gentle introduction to traditional yoga

Especially useful for those looking to deepen their knowledge of yoga and incorporate the practice into their daily lives. Multiple sessions recommended but not required. Class will begin with a 30 minute warm up, specifically designed to align your bones. Next we will flow through the primary element of the yoga practice, the tri dosha series incorporating breath work, meditation and deep relaxation. Following our practice we can discuss a plan to integrate the practice into your daily life.
