Service Description
learn simple yoga breathwork to implement into your daily routine. you may choose between a combination of the following: alternate nostril breathing, synchronized breath, 1:2 breath, 1:4:2 breath, or various bhandas. utilizing space at Prana Salt Cave, with the option to rent the Salt Cave for $120 or the Chakra Room for $75 per hour. also willing to travel to client's homes, nearby parks or other locations. a small travel fee may apply (varies by location).
